Ok - well apparently I'm not the best blogger - it's been a while. I've been training regularly but I have to admit that lately, the combination of being super busy at work and the weather has kind of zapped my motivation. I'm trying to do something every day and I do have a plan to follow it's just hard to get out the door when the weather is either super cold, or snowy or icy (as it is this weekend).
I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to really make an effort to get all (or at least most) of the planned workouts in. It will be a bit of a challenge with the Holiday's this week but I think I can do it.
I have been managing to make my swim workouts each week as well as weekly crossfit so that part has been good. I know I'm well ahead of where I need to be at this point. The other thing I really need to get on top of is my core/strength training. Again the goal is to get that in this week as well.
This is going to be a long journey so I'm not worried about it just yet as I really don't want to overdo it now and be struggling and burnt out later on as training intensifies.
I'm also going to really try to make sure that I keep up the blogging too… haha lots of goals (but notice NONE are new years resolutions)
